The cost of delivery will be added to your purchase during the checkout process once your delivery address has been specified. Rates quoted are per order - you don't pay more for larger orders.

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURES

Because of the nature of our products an exchange service is not available so please choose carefully before you buy.

We will only replace items which are found to be faulty/defective. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectatins.

If a product has a manufacturing defect then you should return that product to us for a replacement. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 7 days of purchase. Please include paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
